Frederick Esters is the founder and CEO of EsTech Global, Inc. (EGI), an Albuquerque, New Mexico company. Frederick is a Structural Insulated Panel (SIP) Distributor with Premier Building Systems (PBS). EsTech Global endeavors to reduce the overall housing shortage by creating affordable, net-zero single-family and multi-family homes and communities. Our construction process utilizes 3-defining metrics – A “Tighter Envelope” with greater thermal-efficiencies (SIP, nonstick-frame construction), better “Indoor Air-quality” (IAQ) systems, and “Renewable Energy Systems” (solar, wind, and thermal energy with battery storage and EV electric car charging stations).

EGI is also a renewable energy product distributor of innovative solar, community solar, and microgrid energy and battery-storage system solutions for residential, municipal, commercial, and utility-scale development projects. EGI’s larger projects are often times supported by grants and/or Private Equity and Hedge Fund companies that help finance EGI’s “Smart-Green-Healthy-Sustainable Communities/Cities” developments locally, nationally, and globally.

EsTech’s vision is to become a global leader in the fabrication, manufacturing, and development of high- efficiency, quality affordable SIP homes with renewable energy, battery-storage, and EV charging stations. We have assembled a team of experienced international manufacturers, architects, builders, developers, engineers, sales, and marketing professionals to support our development goals.

With internationally recognized renewable energy research laboratories (Sandia National Labs, Los Alamos National Labs, and CFV Solar Test Laboratory) located in our region, ample “Technology Transfer” opportunities exist, along with EsTech Global’s ability to manufacture and distribute leading-edge products, and systems with very competitive pricing. We are actively contributing to the state of New Mexico effort’s (portfolio mandate) to become a national leader in the utilization of renewable energy resources. We also support workforce development with job placement, and newly created manufacturing, and business enterprise opportunities, locally, nationally, and globally.
